Come ogni anno sono arrivate le nomination al più prestigioso dei premi musicali, il Grammy Award nella sua 59esima edizione. La cerimonia di consegna dei premi si terrà Domenica 12 Febbraio 2017 a Los Angeles. A seguire tutte le nomination del jazz e alcune delle categorie ad esso collegate. Da notare che alcune delle opere inserite in queste categorie sono principalmente strumentali e non propriamente ‘jazz’ come noi intendiamo, ma questo dimostra ancora una volta che il jazz non ha limiti. Entra nella rosa il giovanissimo Youtuber Jacob Collier, una bella notizia, per chi lo segue da anni! Che vinca il migliore! Di certo questa per me è la musica migliore del mondo.
